2. Service Description

Refalio is an AI-powered journaling application designed to help you explore your thoughts, emotions, and personal growth. Our service includes AI-guided journaling, conversation features, and weekly insights. Note that Refalio is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Refalio, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws

4. Prohibited Activities

5. Subscription Services

In-app subscription cancellations should be made through the respective app store.
• Payment: You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep it up to date. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Payment Processors), such as Creem、Stripe for website payments, or Apple and Google for in-app payments. By using these services, you agree to the Payment Processors' terms and conditions.
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription fees at any time. The new fees will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We will notify you in advance of any fee changes, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
• Refunds: Paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Partial refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. In-app subscription refund policies follow the respective app store's regulations.
• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for subscription services. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the subscription fee after the trial period. We may modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
• Promotions: Any promotional offers are subject to their own terms. In case of conflict with these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail.
